One Small Change to Increase SEO

Today’s tip is going to be a small one, but could impact your web site dramatically with SEO rankings. It’s called using the ALT and TITLE tag for your hyperlinks.
In the world of fast-changing web sites, some unimportant tags go unforgotten. I know that I am guilty of doing this as well. In my rush to publish a site, I take a few shortcuts. One of those is not using the ALT and TITLE tags at all in my hyperlinks
This is an extremely simple thing to do. Go through your post and be sure to “intra-link” your site to other, important articles. Be sure to add a (smallish) nice description for each hyperlink using the ALT and TITLE tag. This idea relates to a similar article I wrote on how to get some free traffic using images, which also can increase your SEO ranking.
For those of you who caught that, I was showing you an example.
The idea for this is to help the search engines fully crawl and spider your site. Of course, SEO is very hit or miss: sometimes what you do affects the rankings, sometimes it has no affect, and sometimes you do nothing and you get it anyway.
